DALE OSBORN RAINS, retired theater professor, spent a forty-year career teaching, playwriting, acting, and directing. Now he picks up his pen as a novelist to write in his favorite genre--the murder mystery. He lives with his wife JoAnne, his miniature schnauzer Rascal, his miniature Australian shepherd Bindi, and his calico cat Bella in upstate South Carolina.
